Ms. Nancy
Hi! My name is Ms. Nancy, a retired public school teacher who is not ready to hang up her backpack just yet. I taught grades K–1 for a couple of decades before moving back to Holliston and retiring from my district. It was a difficult decision, but the hour-long commute wasn't going to work for me anymore. Opening Haven Hill PreK was the perfect answer, and the local commute is wonderful!
A little about me: I am currently licensed as a highly qualified teacher through the Dept. of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) to teach Early Childhood Education PreK–2 and English Language Learners (ELL) PreK–6. I hold an M.Ed. in ELL and another in Moderate Special Needs, alongside EEC certification as an Early Childhood Lead Teacher.
My philosophy is to guide children into making positive decisions by offering choices while remembering they have only been on this planet for around 48 months. Mistakes will happen, but our focus remains on learning from actions in a supportive, nurturing environment.
Ms. Carrie
Hi friends!
My name is Ms. Carrie! I worked for four years in public preschool inclusion classrooms supporting both general education students and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I also bring valuable experience from infant through Pre-K daycare settings.
A little about me: I hold a Safety-Care certificate and am certified in First Aid and CPR, while pursuing my Lead Teacher certification through the EEC. Working with young learners has always been my calling. I believe children thrive best through imaginative play, hands-on exploration, and gentle guidance.
I am thrilled to provide a welcoming, vibrant space where your child feels safe to explore, learn, and grow confidently every single day.
